Q: How long is the shipping time?

A: Since we have different brands on our platform, our shipping time takes approximately 3-5 days. Some of the products are handmade so it would require some time for it to be processed but be rest assured that it would get to you.

 

 

Q: Returns and Exchanges?

A: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at primeries.ng@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

Q: Has my order shipped?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Please note that each brand on our marketplace has different shipping times and costs. Some brands can take up to 3 weeks to ship since their items are handmade-to-order.

If your order is past the estimated shipping time listed for the product, please send us an email at primeries.ng@gmail.com and we will look into what is causing the delay.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Primeries offers free shipping for all orders within Nigeria on our platform and a custom shipping fee for International orders.

 

 

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order?

A: Yes, all orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order has shipped.
